Hi! I’m Missy.
When I’m not taking pictures you can find me making memories with my husband, Alex, and our three boys. This usually means running around outside, playing countless rounds of UNO or Tenzi, and making homemade pizza for our weekly pizza-movie night.
My photography journey started in 2012 when my husband and I bought a camera to use at our church. Little did I know how much I would love it and in 2013 I started Missy Moore Photography. My greatest inspiration came when I had my first son in 2015 and my eyes started to see the world in a whole new light. My photography changed to reflect the details of the days, the hard and beautiful moments of motherhood. I also started creating video clips of our outings and the new experiences we were having as a family. As I shared those images and videos I had so many moms reach out and express that they wished they had that documentation of their family. They were drawn into the authentic photos and videos with deep connection and personal meaning.
This is why I’m passionate about preserving memories for families. To capture those connections and create time capsules and keepsakes that can be passed on and enjoyed by the next generation.
